Creative thinkers from around the world first innovation conference in Potsdam

Hundreds of innovation experts from around the world will meet in September in Potsdam to discuss with the pioneers of design thinking-scene advanced models and methods.

Short profile of Hasso Plattner Institute
The Hasso Plattner Institute for Software Systems Engineering (HPI) in Potsdam (ABC) is Germany's university center of excellence for IT-Systems Engineering. As the only university institute in Germany to offer bachelor's and master's degree course "IT-Systems Engineering" - a very practical and scientific engineering degree in computer science, which is currently used by 460 students. The HPI School of Design Thinking, Europe's first innovation for school students, modeled on the Stanford d.school, offers 120 places for further studies. Background to the HPI School of Design Thinking
Since 2007, the HPI School of Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam-Babelsberg (xyz) is a unique European postgraduate studies "design thinking". Modeled after its sister institution "HPI d.school" at the U.S. elite Stanford University in Silicon Valley (http://dschool.stanford.edu) gives the additional academic training, "Design Thinking" advanced students from all disciplines, the ability to small multidisciplinary teams particularly user-friendly products and services to develop all areas of life.
